Interval-Valued Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision-Making with Dependent Evaluation Criteria for Evaluating Service Performance of International Container Ports

Due to COVID-19 barriers, the needs of international container ports have become more important than in past. Therefore, it is very critical and essential for scientific developments port-logistics. To gain port logistics, effective efficient evaluation methods decision-making are indispensable, especially assessing service performance based on dependent criteria (DEC). Among numerous methods, technique order preference by similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS) was often expanded under fuzzy environments into multi-criteria (FMCDM) preserve imprecise messages. The FMCDM able be associated with quality function deployment (QFD) a hybrid method solve problems DEC. messages, QFD TOPSIS combined then interval-valued environment (IVFE) problem Practically, evaluating Taiwan surrounding sea areas considered DEC because related partially connected. By combining IVFE, effectively efficiently evaluated performance, insights gained past establishing fundamentals recent logistics account breaking down barriers.
